ANNOUNCEMENT (Agent’s Assistant) (CMJ)

AGENT’S ASSISTANT: (CMJ)
We’re looking for an agent’s assistant to start part-time and if things go well there may be opportunities to turn this into a full-time position. *(Remote/Work from Home).

Sample Tasks:
– Supporting voice agents with an established roster of professional working voice actors,
– Roster management such as submitting on breakdowns, auditions and coordinating sessions,
– Maintaining talent databases and info across various online platforms and agency website,
– Assisting with accounting services,
– Tracking performer availability,
– Providing holiday coverage to agents.

Qualifications:
– Fluent in English; written & oral, (some limited Cantonese, Mandarin and/or Japanese ability is helpful, but not required),
– Strong working knowledge of online industry platforms,
– Flexible schedule to meet the on-call demands of the industry in a timely manner,
– Ability to respond with tact and diplomacy in a fast paced environment,
– Ability to think critically, problem solve and make decisions independently,
– Ability to multitask with ease and minimal supervision,
– Excellent organization and process management skills with attention to detail.

Note:
This is a small team and everyone on the team has to wear a lot of hats. To make sure VOX TALENT Inc. is the right fit for you, and vice-versa, this role would start out as a
short-term part-time position and grow from there if we’re both smitten. The work can be completed remotely.
