Brian Brockenshire

Brian is a classically trained actor who has performed in many theatres including the Shaw and Stratford Festivals. Selected roles include Cyrano de Bergerac, the Marquis de Sade, Mercutio and Sweeney Todd. He started as a voice over artist in 1991, and joined VOX Talent in their first year. He has been in demand for narrative roles that call for a rich bass-baritone with precise enunciation. He has read for books on tape, commercials, documentaries and training videos. Selected clients have included The Beer Store, Equator HD (now the Smithsonian Channel), Hallmark, Honeywell, Japan’s Lunar Explorer and the United Nations.
